At Eva and Grace Vintage, each item is carefully selected vintage or preloved jewellery. Because of the unique nature of these items, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Returns will only be accepted if an item arrives:

Damaged, or

Significantly not as described in the product listing.
If you believe your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us on the same day that your order is delivered so we can review the issue and work towards a resolution.
Condition of Items
All product photographs are taken in natural daylight and are not retouched or edited, and these images form part of the item’s description.
As the pieces sold by Eva and Grace Vintage are preloved vintage items, signs of wear may be present. Any noticeable flaws or faults will always be disclosed in the item description to the best of our ability.

Return Process
If a return is approved:

The item must be posted back within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned using an insured, tracked, and signed-for shipping service.

You must send us the tracking number via email once the return has been dispatched.
Return Shipping Costs

Return postage will re refunded once the item has been delivered and checked in our offices.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
At this time, international returns cannot be accepted. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
